DVD The Fourth Wise Man is a powerful story of a man’s lifelong search for the Messiah. Set in Biblical times, this fictional tale is based on Henry van Dyke’s classic, “The Story of the Other Wise Man.”
A Magi named Artaban studies the signs and prophecies of the coming Messiah. He and his faithful servant, Orantes, try to meet the other three wise men but miss the caravan. Carrying three precious jewels as gifts, Artaban and Orantes pursue Jesus for 33 years but always seem to be one step behind.
In their travels, Artaban uses the jewels to help the poor, so that when they finally encounter Jesus on Easter, he has nothing to offer but his generous heart. Artaban, the Fourth Wise Man, has found the true meaning of life.
