How to Redeem Your eGift Card

If you have received an eGift Card, please follow the below instructions when activating your eGift Card. It is very important that you do not miss any of the steps outlined below.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Activate Gift Card Button. Then complete step 2 or 3 or 4.
2. If you have never created a My Account on this site before, when you click the Activate Gift Card Link you will be brought to a screen where you can click Create a My Account. Enter your name, email, username (you can use your email address if you like) and password to create your My Account. Once you have created your My Account, you will be taken directly to your New My Account page, where you can copy and paste or enter your eGift Card code in the box provided and click the "Activate" button. Your total card balance will appear below the box. Go to Step #5.
3. If you were already logged in to your My Account, simply enter or copy and paste your eGift Card number into the input box that is shown and click Activate. Once you click Activate, your gift card credits total will show below the box. Go to Step #5.
4. If you are not logged in to your My Account when you click the Activate Gift Card Link you will be brought to a screen where you can login to your current account. Please login. You will then be taken directly to the Activate Your E-Gift Card Page. Enter or copy and paste your eGift Card number into the input box that is shown and click Activate. Once you click Activate, your gift card credits total will show below the box. Go to Step #5.
5. Begin or Continue shopping. Add items to your cart. If you have already added your items to the cart, click on "View Cart" at the top right to go back to your shopping cart then click "Check Out" to complete your order. Your eGift Card credits will automatically be applied to your order on the Check Out page.
6. If you have enough on your gift card to pay for the entire order, you will see that the Balance to Charge line in the Order Summary will be zero. You may decide to adjust how much of the current gift card is used at this time, by changing the Gift Card Credits amount and clicking the "Update" button. If there is no Balance to Charge, you will not be able to enter any credit card information. If there is a balance to charge, please enter your credit card information at this time. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU COMPLETE THE SHIPPING INFORMATION IN ORDER TO SEE YOUR TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT! If you make a mistake, you will need to click the "Update" button after any changes to ensure the proper order total appears and the correct Gift Card Amount is being used.
7. If everything looks correct, simply click "Place Order" and you are done! Thank You!
8. IIf you did not use your entire eGift Card balance, your My Account will hold any amount that is left on the card for future orders. To use the balance on your card, simply, login to your My Account at any time, shop and check out and any remaining balance will be automatically applied to the order.
