Rosary Chaplets: The term "rosary" used as a proper noun designates the well-known Dominican rosary. All other arrangements of beads are properly called chaplets or crowns, or simply beads. Rosary Chaplets are specific to Jesus, Mary or a Saint and have less beads than a rosary and are generally specific in number of beads and color of beads to the Saint or Christ.
