St. Denise’s story is based on tradition. During the Christian persecution in the third century, St. Denise was martyred with three men named Andrew, Paul, and Nichomachus by Emperor Decius. In 1922, her relics were brought to the Abbey of Flone in Belgium.
The St. Denise Sterling Silver Medal honors her as the Patron Saint invoked for protection against headaches and motorcycle/bicycles accidents. Her Feast Day is May 15.
